        8A.342  CONTRACTS WITH STATE INSTITUTIONS.
         The director may, without advertising for bids, enter into
      contracts or make provision for doing any of the work coming under
      the provisions of chapter 7A and this subchapter at any school or
      institution under the ownership or control of the state.  The work
      shall be done under conditions substantially the same as those
      provided for in the case of contracts with individuals and the same
      standard of quality or product shall be required.
