        8A.345  PRINTING REVOLVING FUND.
         A revolving fund is created in the state treasury under the
      control of the department and may be used in making payments for
      supplying paper stock, offset printing, copy preparation, binding,
      distribution costs, and original payment of printing and binding
      claims for any of the state departments, bureaus, commissions, or
      institutions.  All salaries and expenses properly chargeable to the
      fund shall be paid from the fund.  The director may also use the fund
      for the purchase of replacement or additional equipment if a
      sufficient balance will remain in the fund to enable the continued
      operation of the printing operations of the department.
