        8A.510  REQUESTED CREDITS -- OATH REQUIRED.
         When a county treasurer or other receiver of public money seeks to
      obtain credit on the books of the department for payment made to the
      county treasurer, before giving such credit the director shall
      require that person to take and subscribe an oath that the person has
      not used, loaned, or appropriated any of the public money for the
      person's private benefit, nor for the benefit of any other person.
