Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-461a > 461a-74 461A.74 EXTENSION OF PERMIT. Any municipality or corporation owning a permit granted hereby desiring to acquire an extension of said permit may petition the commission in the same manner provided for the granting of such permit and the same proceeding shall be had as on an original application.
