Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-461a > 461a-77 461A.77 PROHIBITED NEAR BORDERS OF STATE. In order to reduce the possibility of affecting conservation measures to flood control projects which may be in progress in other states, water recreational areas shall not be established hereunder within seventy miles of the border of any other state.
