462B.9 PROTECTION METHODS. The commission may use any one or a combination of the available methods, except condemnation, for managing and preserving a protected water area, including but not limited to fee and less than fee title acquisition techniques, such as easements, leasing agreements, covenants, and existing tax incentive programs.
