Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-466b > 466b-8 466B.8 WASTEWATER AND STORM WATER INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENT. The department shall assess and prioritize communities within a watershed presenting the greatest level of risk to water quality and the health of residents. This prioritization shall include both sewered and unsewered communities.
