Statutes > Iowa > Title-11 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-469a > 469a-7 469A.7 PENALTY. Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate the provisions of section 469A.1, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Each separate day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
