Statutes > Iowa > Title-12 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-502 > 502-321g 502.321G FEES. The administrator shall charge a nonrefundable filing fee of two hundred fifty dollars for a registration statement filed by an offeror. The fee shall be deposited as provided in section 505.7.
