Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-515 > 515-12a 515.12A ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM SURPLUS LEVELS. A mutual company authorized to transact business under this chapter shall comply with the minimum surplus requirements of section 515.12 or chapter 521E, whichever is greater.
