Statutes > Iowa > Title-13 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-515 > 515-68a 515.68A FOREIGN COMPANIES -- REINSURANCE. A foreign company authorized to do business in this state shall not assumptively reinsure a block of business which includes policyholders residing in this state to a company not authorized to do business in this state without the prior written approval of the commissioner.
