Statutes > Iowa > Title-15 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-607a > 607a-32 607A.32 ABSENCE OF COMMISSIONER. In counties using an ex officio jury commission, in the absence or inability to act of any one of the commissioners, the jury commissioner's deputy or designee shall act as the commissioner.
