607A.9 EX OFFICIO COMMISSIONS. In counties utilizing a jury commission for the drawing of jurors, the clerk of the district court and the county auditor shall ex officio constitute the jury commission but shall receive no extra compensation for acting as jury commissioners. If any of the above offices have been consolidated, the chief judge of the judicial district shall select another elected county officer to serve as a jury commissioner.
