654.1A MAINTENANCE OF MORTGAGOR PROTECTIONS -- DISCONTINUATION OF OCCUPATION. For purposes of sections 615.1, 615.3, 628.28, 654.2D, 654.20, 654.21, and 654.26, property shall be deemed the residence of and occupied by the mortgagor where occupation has ceased because of the effects of natural disaster, injury to the property not willfully caused by the mortgagor, or the mortgagor's state military service or federal military service as those terms are defined in section 29A.1.
