        142C.10  SALE OR PURCHASE OF PARTS PROHIBITED --
      PENALTY.
         1.  A person shall not knowingly, for valuable consideration,
      purchase or sell a part for transplantation or therapy if removal of
      the part is intended to occur after the death of the decedent.
         2.  Valuable consideration does not include reasonable payment for
      the removal, processing, preservation, quality control, storage,
      transportation, implantation, or disposal of a part.
         3.  A person who violates this section commits a class "C" felony.
