161A.18 CERTIFICATION.
Following the entry in the official minutes of the soil and water
conservation district commissioners of the creation of the
subdistrict, the commissioners shall certify this fact on a separate
form, authentic copies of which shall be recorded with the county
recorder of each county in which any portion of the subdistrict lies,
and with the division of soil conservation. Section History: Early Form
