161E.5 MAINTENANCE COST.
If construction of projects has been completed by the soil and
water conservation district, subdistricts of soil and water
conservation districts, political subdivisions of the state, or other
local agencies, or the federal government, or a department or agency
of the federal government, on private lands under the easement
granted to the county, only the cost of maintenance may be assumed by
the county.
