        233A.15  TRANSFERS TO WORK IN PARKS.
         The administrator may detail children, classed as trustworthy,
      from the state training school, to perform services for the
      department of natural resources within the state parks, state game
      and forest areas and other lands under the jurisdiction of the
      department of natural resources.  The department of natural resources
      shall provide permanent housing and work guidance supervision, but
      the care and custody of the children so detailed shall remain under
      employees of the division of child and family services of the
      department of human services.  All such programs shall have as their
      primary purpose and shall provide for inculcation or the activation
      of attitudes, skills and habit patterns which will be conducive to
      the habilitation of the youths involved.
         The administrator is hereby authorized to use state-owned mobile
      housing equipment and facilities in performing such services at
      temporary locations in the above areas.
