249H.10 CAREGIVER SUPPORT -- ACCESS AND EDUCATION
PROGRAMS.
The department of human services and the department on aging shall
implement a caregiver support program to provide access to respite
care and to provide education to caregivers in providing appropriate
care to seniors and persons with disabilities. The program shall be
provided through the area agencies on aging or other appropriate
