256B.1 DIVISION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION CREATED.
There is created within the department of education a division of
special education for the promotion, direction, and supervision of
education for children requiring special education in the schools
under the supervision and control of the department. The director of
the department of education may organize the division and employ the
necessary qualified personnel to implement this chapter. Section History: Early Form
