257B.41 UNCOLLECTED INTEREST.
If any county fails or refuses to collect the amount of interest
due the state, the deficiency shall be paid to the state from the
general county fund. Any county delinquent in the payment of
interest due the state shall be charged one percent per month on the
amount delinquent until paid. Section History: Early Form
