        260C.56  DEFINITIONS.
         As used in this division:
         1.  "Board" means a board of directors of a community college.

         2.  "Bonds or notes" means revenue bonds or revenue notes
      which are payable solely from net rents, profits, and other income
      derived from the operation of residence halls, dormitories,
      incidental facilities, and additions.
         3.  "Institution" means a community college organized under
      this chapter.
         4.  "Project" means the acquisition by purchase, lease in
      accordance with section 260C.38, or construction of buildings for use
      as student residence halls and dormitories, including dining and
      other incidental facilities therefor, and additions to such
      buildings, the reconstruction, completion, equipment, improvement,
      repair or remodeling of residence halls, dormitories, or additions or
      incidental facilities, and the acquisition of property of every kind
      and description, whether real, personal, or mixed, by gift, purchase,
      lease, condemnation, or otherwise and the improvement of the
      property.
