261A.39 GENERAL POWERS -- APPORTIONMENT OF COSTS.
The authority may do all things necessary or convenient to carry
out the purposes of this division. The authority may charge to and
equitably apportion among participating institutions its
administrative costs and expenses incurred in the exercise of the
powers and duties conferred on the authority by this division. Section History: Recent Form
