261A.50 PROVISIONS CONTROLLING.
The powers granted the authority under this division are in
addition to the powers of the authority contained in other provisions
of this chapter. All other provisions of this chapter apply to
obligations issued pursuant to and powers granted the authority under
this division, except to the extent they are inconsistent with this
