Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-306b > 306b-6 306B.6 MISDEMEANOR. Whoever erects or maintains an advertising device in violation of this chapter or in violation of rules and regulations promulgated by the department under this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
