Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-306c > 306c-4 306C.4 REQUIREMENTS AS TO SCREENING. The department may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A governing the location, planting, construction, and maintenance of screening or fencing required by this chapter including materials to be used. However, such rules shall be in accordance with the standards, criteria and rules promulgated under authority of Title 23, United States Code.
