Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-306c > 306c-6 306C.6 NUISANCE -- INJUNCTION. Any junkyard which does not conform to the requirements of this division and which is not excepted under section 306C.2 or 306C.3, is a public nuisance. The department may apply for an injunction to abate any nuisance arising from a violation of the provisions of this division or rules adopted pursuant to this division.
