Statutes > Iowa > Title-8 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-321a > 321a-4 321A.4 EFFECT OF FAILURE TO REPORT ACCIDENTS. The department shall suspend the license or any nonresident's operating privilege of any person who willfully fails, refuses, or neglects to make reports of a traffic accident as required by the laws of this state.
