Statutes > Iowa > Title-9 > Subtitle-1 > Chapter-341a > 341a-21 341A.21 MISDEMEANOR. Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. The district court shall have jurisdiction of all such offenses.
