347B.9 TEMPORARY ADMISSION. The district court may order temporary admission of persons under its jurisdiction to the county care facility until other arrangements are made for care of such persons. A judge, magistrate, or judicial hospitalization referee shall make all placements to a county care facility pursuant to section 135C.23.
