Statutes > Iowa > Title-9 > Subtitle-2 > Chapter-357j > 357j-9 357J.9 HEARING ON ENGINEER'S REPORT. After the engineer's report is filed, the board shall give notice, as provided in section 357J.5, of a public hearing to be held concerning the engineer's preliminary plat. Within ten days after the hearing, the board shall, by resolution, approve or disapprove the engineer's plan.
