Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 10.--CITY-MANAGER PLAN

      12-1027.   Abandonment of manager plan; election. Any city which has authorized the appointment of a city manager as in this act provided may abandon such city-manager plan at any time after any such city has elected to come under the provisions of this act upon the submission to the qualified electors of such city, pursuant to K.S.A. 12-184, of the question of the abandonment of this act. The form of the ballot used at the election at which such question is submitted shall be as follows:

      "Shall the city of (naming the city) abandon the city-manager plan of government?"
