Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 10.--CITY-MANAGER PLAN

      12-1028a.   Appointment of treasurer in certain cities. Upon the appointment of the city manager after the adoption of the city manager act as provided by K.S.A. 12-1021 to 12-1028, the city treasurer in such cities of the second class shall be appointed by the city manager the same as other appointive city officers, but elected city treasurers in such cities serving at the effective date of this act shall continue to serve for the term for which elected.
