Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 45.--CODE FOR MUNICIPAL COURTS; TRIALS AND PROCEEDINGS INCIDENT THERETO

      12-4502.   Trial. All trials in municipal court shall be to the municipal judge or the municipal judge pro tem.
