Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 8.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

      12-877.   Same; deposit of funds with city treasurer. All funds shall be deposited with the city treasurer and shall be handled in the same manner as other city funds as set out in K.S.A. 13-2107.
