Chapter 13.--CITIES OF THE FIRST CLASS PART I.--GOVERNMENT BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND GENERAL LAWS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

13-103. Form of government. All cities of the first class shall be governed by the provisions of this act.
