Chapter 13.--CITIES OF THE FIRST CLASS
PART I.--GOVERNMENT BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND GENERAL LAWS
Article 7.--FIRE DEPARTMENT

      13-7,101.   Same; tax levy authorized. For the purposes of this act, Overland Park is hereby authorized to make an annual levy of taxes in an amount not to exceed 8.5 mills upon the assessed valuation of all taxable tangible property in the city, which tax levy shall be in addition to all other tax levies authorized or limited by law, except that no other tax levies for fire protection purposes shall be made on such property.
