Chapter 14.--CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS
PART I.--GOVERNMENT BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND GENERAL LAWS APPLICABLE TO CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS
Article 10.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      14-1060.   Compromise, abatement or cancellation of certain taxes in certain cities. The provisions of this act shall apply to any city of the second class having a population of more than 4,800 and less than 5,500 operating under the manager form of government and located in a county having a population of more than 8,000 and less than 15,000. Whenever the title to any real property, upon which taxes may be due and delinquent, may be vested in any such city, then the state court of tax appeals is hereby authorized upon application of such city, and for good reasons shown, to compromise, abate or cancel all such taxes or any part thereof.
