Chapter 14.--CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS
PART II.--COMMISSION GOVERNMENT
Article 13.--BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

      14-1301.   Qualifications of the mayor and commissioners. The mayor and each of said commissioners shall be a citizen of the United States and a qualified elector of such city.
