16a-6-117.Rules and regulations; truth in
lending.
The administrator shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out
the provisions and terms of the uniform consumer credit code which are
consistent with or no less restrictive than the truth-in-lending act, which is
contained in title I of the consumer credit protection act, 15 U.S.C.
§ 1601
et seq. and regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226 et seq.,
as amended, the equal credit opportunity act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691-1691f
and regulation B, 12 C.F.R. § 202 et seq., as amended, the real estate
settlement procedures act of 1974, 12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and
regulation X, 24 C.F.R. §§ 3500 et seq., as amended and section
670 of the John Warner national defense authorization act for fiscal year 2007,
10 U.S.C. § 987 et seq. and 32 C.F.R. § 232 et seq.
