Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 76.--LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES

      17-76,127.   Same; injunction against foreign limited liability company which has not registered. The district court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreign limited liability company, or any agent of a foreign limited liability company, from doing any business in the state of Kansas if the foreign limited liability company has failed to register under this act. The attorney general, upon the attorney general's own motion or upon the relation of proper parties, shall proceed for this purpose by petition in any county in which the foreign limited liability company is doing or has done business.
