Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 77.--MERGER OR CONSOLIDATION; CONSTITUENT ENTITY

      17-7709.   Filing fee. The secretary of state shall charge each surviving entity a fee of $20 for filing the agreement or certificate of merger or consolidation.
