Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS
Article 2.--COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

      19-216b.   County alternative project delivery building construction procurement act. K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 19-216c through 19-216g, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the county alternative project delivery building construction procurement act.
