Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS
Article 28.--PARKS, MUSEUMS, LAKES AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

      19-2839.   Construction work; grants or gifts. The construction work may be let by contract or done by day labor, as the board of county commissioners and the secretary of wildlife and parks may agree upon, and such board and such secretary are hereby authorized to accept funds from the state or any federal agencies or donations or bequests from any individuals in the promotion and completion of such work.
