Chapter 21.--CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS

Article 32.--PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY

      21-3207.   Individual liability for corporate crime.(1) An individual who performs criminal acts, or causes such acts to beperformed, in the name of or on behalf of a corporation is legallyresponsible to the same extent as if such acts were in his own name or onhis own behalf.

      (2)   An individual who has been convicted of a crime based on conductperformed by him for and on behalf of a corporation is subject topunishment as an individual upon conviction of such crime, although alesser or different punishment is authorized for the corporation.
