Article 36.--CRIMES AFFECTING FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND CHILDREN
21-3602.Incest.Incest is marriage to or engaging in otherwise lawful sexualintercourse or sodomy, as defined by K.S.A. 21-3501 and amendmentsthereto, with a person who is 18 or more years of age and who isknown to the offender to be related to the offenderas any of the following biological relatives: parent, child, grandparentof any degree, grandchild of any degree, brother, sister, half-brother,half-sister, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece.
Incest is a severity level 10, person felony.
