Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3801.   Treason.(a) Treason is levying war against the state, adhering to itsenemies, or giving them aid and comfort.

      (b)   No person shall be convicted of treason unless on theevidence of two witnesses to the overt act or confession in open court.

      (c)   Treason is an off-grid person felony.
