Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3822.   Tampering with public notice.Tampering with public notice is knowingly and without lawful authorityaltering, defacing, destroying, removing or concealing any public noticeposted according to law, during the time said notice is required orauthorized to remain posted.

      Tampering with public notice is a class C misdemeanor.
