Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3824.   False impersonation.(a) False impersonation is representing oneself to be a public officer orpublic employee or a person licensed to practice or engage in anyprofession orvocation for which a license is required by the laws of the state ofKansas, with knowledge that such representation is false.

      (b)   False impersonation is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
