Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3829.   Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business.Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business isinterference with the conduct of public business as defined in K.S.A.21-3828, when in possession of any firearm or weapon as described in K.S.A.21-4201 and amendments thereto.

      Aggravated interference with the conduct of public business is a severitylevel 6, person felony.
